Hi Rover, According to Remington, your rifle was made from 1991- 1995, the barrel code stamped on left side near the receiver can determine the exact month and year. Another Model 600 question

Can anyone tell me what the highest serial number they have seen on a Model 600? or, Does anyone know what blocks of serial numbers were used on the model 600, and again on the Model 660?

Model 600 question

I believe that I read somewhere that the first Model 600 Magnums were stocked in walnut. Can anyone confirm this?
