Spotted a Model 31S trap special w/solid rib on gunbroker. Can't say that I've ever seen one. How rare is it? Production numbers?

Spotted a black stocked w/white diamonds nylon 66 with blued metal. The info I can find indicates that Remington never made this version and that it was a CBC import. Did the Black Diamond version of the 66 have two different metal finishes? I've seen a blued shiny finish and a matte finish that looks more grey than black. Seems the matte finish was on later production guns. Can't find much info about this. Checked the nylon gun forums but didn't find info about ...
