Remington Society

My 870 was mfg in Mar 07 and I just recently purchased it New. Does anyone know if there have been any upgrades, from Remington, that I might benefit from incorporating into my new gun. Also, with this perticular model (81100) can the barrel be switched out to a longer for hunting?

Check out Walmart. They usually have a good selection of long guns. I already have a 870 but I check out the ammo shelves and I will always look at their stock of long guns. Real competitive prices, better than most gun stores or pawn shops.
