Model 11 instructions
I suggest you look on Ebay for these instructions. I have picked up a complete field manual on the 11 and Sportsman. There is a group that is duplicating originals and selling on EBAY. Jay Huber RSA

I assume you have an 1889 Double barrel Shotgun. It was made in 1893. The numbers are all inspector numbers and assembly numbers. As to restoration that is up to you depending on condition which I do not know. Jay Huber RSA

Some of the marks are inspector and proof marks. Go to ASK A QUESTION on our home page then click on PREVIOUS ASKED QUESTIONS then go down the questions and click on HOW TO TELL WHEN A BARREL WAS MADE.
