So at the pawn shop yesterday I once again found something I couldn't live without. It was a beautiful well worn Model 10. It appears to have had many years of honest use, but to me that adds to the beauty of it.
To get to the point, it is S/N 125368, and I want to find out when it was made.
Thanks in advance everyone!

Re: Remington 10 Manufacture Date
Can't give you an exact date, but the old "between the Wars" factory ledger that began with the resumption of civilian production after The Great War, shows they were to serial number 172939 on September 30, 1919. Look at the company name on the gun. If it is Remington Arms - Union Metallic Cartridge Co. it is between 1911 and 1916, if it is Remington Arms - Union Metallic Cartridge Co., Inc. it is after 1916.

Thanks! Its between 1911 and 1916 then. These old guns always fascinate me. Wish I knew its history, but that will have to be left to the imagination...
