By chance, did you buy the one on Gunsamerica with the chopped down barrel?
It seems Remington made quite a few extra 1100LH 20ga barrels, since I see them for sale fairly often compared to the guns themselves. My gun has an IC barrel, but I also have a barrel with screw-in Briley choke tubes.
I don't know how many they made, but since it's the only LH 20ga autoloader ever made, owners tend to hang on to them. It's one of those guns that may not be that rare, but they're plenty scarse.

No I did not buy the one on gunsamerica. Found mine at a gunshow in Kentucky. Saw him walking around packing it, asked him about it said he bought it new in '72, gun is in pristine condition at least 98%. Gave him five hundred and went on my way. I'm not left handed though just thought it was a good deal. Hopefully I'll find someone looking who's got something I want to trade for.

That was a very good deal. One just sold on GunBroker for $1,650 with two barrels.
