Friend has a Rem 10 T, 12ga., 30"vent, straight grip, nice wood, excellent condition. SN# 242916. Friends father got it as a gift/award
[1920-30's]when working with NCR, which might have owned Remington at the time. Gun has time wear, but original owner was not a shooter. Has leg of mutton case. Questions? Date of manufacture? Appox. value? How long were the 10's made? Between what dates? Why did they give up on bottom ejection? Anyone know of a qualified gunsmith to work on Remington 10. This one has a broken spring, seen through the botom of frame. Appreciate any comments on this gun. RMC
Rem 10 T Questions???
Re: Rem 10 T Questions???
you still need help with your 10-T do you still have the gun?
Re: Rem 10 T Questions???
No one wants to work on Model 10s. I know someone who knows how they work and has some parts. I just sold him my wonderful 10T solid rib gun. Where are you located? NCR bought the Remington cash register division. That may be the connection you are looking for. I own a nice Model 10 and a Remington cash register, but I know nothing about either.
Re: Rem 10 T Questions???
Why did you dig up a 4.5 YEAR old thread?
Re: Rem 10 T Questions???
well for the most part it's all about the gun I love the older remington and thought i would offer help. Never know might still have it or need help. I collect the model 10's 29's and 31's so the topic is partial to me. Rare well built old gun enough said.

On this forum, you don't have to dig very deep to find a 4 1/2 year old thread.
