Would you buy a 740 with ejecting problem??

I could buy a 740 for $250.The only problem the guy says it's not ejecting...
Would it be a big problem to fix...Should I pass..?

I'd pass. If it was an easy fix, the seller would have probably done it. What other problems does the rifle have? What did he do to cause the ejection problem? Spend a few more bucks and get a good one...
