What is required to rotate the brushguard on a Model 141. It is located on the end of the magazine.

My exploded view calls this the magazine plug plate which seems to be held on with a small shank large diameter plug plate screw from the front. Another view shows these 3 parts as one which then seems to be held by the small screw on the bottom side of the mag tube. I believe this screw would have spring pressure upon it and it may seem like it won't come out. It has thread against the head and a unthreaded section on the opposite end. Hope this helps.
