Rolling block ID books?

Post by Merle »

Greetings,

I am no longer certain which model I have, I was told it mas a M1902 when I bought it, but......
I would like to know if anyone has a recommended book on the history & identification of these rifles.

Thanks

Remington Rolling Block Rifles by Marcot & Lewis has great photos and info on primarily commercial RBs. Layman's Remington Rolling Block Military Rifles of the World covers the military shipments and info with B&W photos.

Thank you! I'm going to look for both of them. I'm tired of being confused! :?
