Hello everyone.
After doing some research and finding this forum, thanks for hosting it!
I need some help please.
I acquired a model 11 20 ga with a spare barrel and wood plug. I couldn’t get serial numbers of the attached barrel but took pics of the sides. Was able to get serial on spare barrel.
I took some pics of it and would really like some more info. Would like to know a possible value of everything. Stocks are still in good condition but do have some wear.
Thanks so much in advance!!

Re: Need Help with a model 11 20 ga
The old Model 11 was a nice gun, but they don't bring a lot in today's market. I can't tell much about the condition of yours from those pictures, but if it is sound mechanically with no cracks in the wood, I'd say $200 to $300 might be a fair price.
As for the age of the gun, there should be a date code on the barrel, go here to interpret the codes: http://leeroysramblings.com/Gun%20Artic ... _code.html
If you assume the barrel is the one that came on the gun when it was new, then that would tell you how old the gun is. I have a 20 gauge Model 11 that was made in 1931 and it is serial number 1009xxx, so yours should have been made after that.
