Hi Brian H,
You have a New Model Army, cal 44, that was made in October of 1863, and final accepted by inspector, Benjamin Hannis. The small "c"s are the mark of a sub-inspector. All those marks mean that the gun was a US purchase, but we have no way to know where the gun went or who it may have been issued to.
