1100 LW 28 gauge

Post by rmornold »

I have a Remington 1100 LW 28 gauge 2 3/4 inch non-VR with a 25" Barrel with a full choke. Does anyone have information on this gun? I checked the blue book of gun values and cannot find this gun with these specific specs.

You listed about all the info there is, except the serial number and barrel codes which would date it. Value is highly dependent on condition. I would think a non-vent rib barrel would also hurt the value on a 28 gauge.
What could have happened... did.

I have collected 1100's for several yrs. LW 28 ga's will bring 500 to 800 depending on condition. Guns without vent ribs anywhere between 300 to 550.

There happens to be a 28 ga 1100 barrel, new in the box for sale at Sportsworld in Tulsa, OK. I saw it in there today.
